Order Issues
What should I do if my art piece is damaged?
If your art piece arrives damaged, please refuse the package if the damage is visible upon delivery. In the case of discovering the damage after opening the package, take photos of both the damaged product and the shipping label, and contact us immediately. We will gladly guide you on the process to get the issue sorted promptly.
What should I do if my delivered art piece is not what I ordered?
If the art piece received does not match your order details and confirmation email, please contact us with photos of the incorrect item and your order number, and we will ensure that the issue is rectified promptly.
What should I do if part of my order is missing?
If you order more than one of our art prints, they might cone in separate packaging. If there is an item missing, please contact us on support@artimotion.store with your order details and our team will assist you.
I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email, what do I do?
A confirmation email should be sent shortly after placing your order. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us on support@artimotion.store and we will sort it out for you.
Payments and Delivery
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apply Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery times vary based on location. For more information about delivery lead times and cost, please refer to our Shipping and Delivery page.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping options is currently available for orders within the United Kingdom and further regions will be added soon. If you have special delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order to make the necessary arrangements. Are there any customs or import fees for international orders?
International orders may be subject to customs/import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s policies regarding import fees.
What should I do if my order is taking too long to arrive?
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us on support@artimotion.store. We will coordinate with the courier to track your package and keep you updated until your order is delivered to your doorstep.
Refunds and Returns
How do I return a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us within 99 days of delivery with photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, art piece exchange is not allowed. If you have any doubts or questions about any art piece from our collection prior to purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will gladly help you choose your next art piece from Artimotion.
Are shipping and handling charges refundable?
Return of damaged or incorrect art pieces is completely free of charge. Just get in touch with us on support@artimotion.com and we will guide you through the return process.

What materials are used for your prints?
All our art pieces are printed on premium quality art paper. With a matte finish that ensures all details and colours are clearly emphasised.
Do your art pieces come framed? And how durable is the frame?
All our art pieces come framed unless clearly stated. The frames are made from high-quality wood, milled with simple clean lines and presented with a satin finish.
How are the art pieces packaged and shipped?
All framed art pieces come in a cardboard box with protective material on the front surface and all corners.
Do you make custom art pieces?
We currently do not provide custom designs, but we may introduce this option in the future.
